Hi! I’ve been in the BPO industry for over a year and have worked on different accounts. I used to work as a CSR in a travel account, did cold calling, was a lead specialist assistant, and most recently served as an after-hours answering service. I haven’t done any chat support tasks specifically, but  I can assure you that I am adaptable to any role. The closest experience I’ve got to this is when I answer inquiries via chat and email to interested applicants/ clients.
