We're looking for OnlyFans 1️⃣Experienced Team Leader to join our team! Work remotely, enjoy flexible hours, and earn competitive pay.

You will be required to complete an: English test, Typing test and Sexting psicology Test; and later the training course. Trial shifts will follow and if everything goes well, you’ll be hired!

Role Overview:
✅ 10% ~ 15% commission on Net Sales
✅ 9-hours a day 6 days a week (54 hours a week)

What You’ll Do:

➡️  Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicate goals, expectations, and feedback to chatters, ensuring clarity and motivation within the team.
➡️ Motivational Leadership: Inspire and motivate chatters to stay engaged, meet targets, and maintain a positive attitude, creating a productive working environment.
➡️ Performance Monitoring: Track individual and team performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching to enhance productivity and results.
➡️ Conflict Resolution: Address any issues or conflicts within the team promptly and professionally, maintaining harmony and focus on shared goals.
➡️ Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Be flexible to handle unexpected challenges, find solutions quickly, and adapt strategies to improve team efficiency and overall outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

📱🌹📱 EXPERT WITH DATING APP TRAFFIC
💬 Strong written communication skills.
🤌 Must have a very good level of English (B1 Min)
🤌 Must have a NATIVE SPANISH
⚡️ Reliable internet connection and a device.
