About the role: We're hiring a Creator Success Manager to be the primary text-only contact for up to 25 creators. You'll run their content operations, give direct feedback, align internal teams, and drive measurable growth across each account you own. Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day content operations and posting schedules for up to 25 creator accounts - Review creator performance and give clear, actionable feedback on content and engagement - Coordinate between chatting, marketing, and content teams to keep every account aligned - Track growth metrics and report on account health and revenue performance What we're looking for - Prior OnlyFans or creator-economy industry experience - Strong written communication and the ability to manage many relationships at once - Comfortable working remotely with a consistent, reliable schedule.
