Hiring: Chat Operators for Adult Content Agency
We're Me.Industrie, a growing OnlyFans management agency looking for talented chat operators.
What you'll do:
- Chat with subscribers on behalf of our creators
- Build genuine connections and relationships with fans
- Sell PPV content through natural, relationship-based conversations
- Handle multiple conversations simultaneously
What we need:
- Fluent English (written)
- Available for 5+ shifts per week (5–8 hour shifts)
- Strong emotional intelligence and empathy
- Sales instinct — you know how to guide a conversation
- Comfortable with adult/sexual content
- Reliable internet connection and own laptop/PC
- Able to work independently and take initiative
Shifts available:
- Morning: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM CET
- Night: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM CET
Compensation:
- $5/hour base pay
- Commission on every PPV you sell
- Performance bonuses
- Paid via PayPal or Crypto
- 2-week trial period
