Sorting and making his or her vault tidy. Request contents that I know will increase the sales. Reporting every aspects on her account. Cooperating with the model/s if she want something for her account.
Trained chatters, newbie and og chatters. Giving them strategies on how to chat properly and how to upsell or make sales in every way. Doing their payroll too thru google sheets
