▪️ English B1 or higher (written)

▪️ Comfortable with transparent metrics: APC, APV, ARPPU, response time

▪️ Stable internet and a PC

▪️ Fan notes and aftercare are the standard, not a bonus

▪️ Willing to provide a reference from a previous manager and sign an NDA

▪️ No second job or studies that conflict with your shift

▪️ Able to build a fan long-term instead of draining them in one session

▪️ 6+ months of chatting experience on English-speaking accounts
