Conditions:

Candidate requirements:

▪️ English B1 or higher (written)
▪️ Comfortable with transparent metrics: APC, APV, ARPPU, response time

▪️ Fan notes and aftercare are the standard, not a bonus
▪️ Willing to provide a reference from a previous manager and sign an NDA
▪️ No second job or studies that conflict with your shift
▪️ Able to build a fan long-term instead of draining them in one session
