We manage growing creators and are hiring experienced FEMALE chatters to join our team long-term.

Requirements • Native-level written English — you'll be writing in the creator's voice • Proven chatting experience (agency or direct) — this is not entry level • Strong sales instinct: you understand escalation, pacing, and closing PPVs • Available for full shifts in PHT • Stable internet and a quiet setup

The role • 8 hours/day, 6 days/week • Daily targets: 250+ messages, $150/day average revenue MINIMUM

• CRM-based workflow (Infloww) with full SOPs and onboarding — you won't be guessing

Pay • $2/hour + 2% of revenue you personally generate • 7-day paid trial at 8% commission (no hourly during trial) • Bonus tiers at $250 / $500 / $1,000 daily average • Paid biweekly via Wise or crypto, on time, every time
