US-based talent management agency hiring a sales-focused chatter for SextPanther (adult cam/sexting platform). You'll manage live fan chat sessions and drive paid interactions for our female creators.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Manage live fan chat sessions on SextPanther accounts

- Read each fan's vibe and adapt — some want sweet/girlfriend, some want bratty, some want dominant. Read what they want and give it to them.

- Drive fans to spend (paid messages, content unlocks, calls, tips)

- Hit $1,000+ revenue per session when traffic supports it

- Reply within 2 minutes during active sessions

- Take user notes after every active conversation

SCHEDULE

- 3-4 days per week, 3-6 hour shifts

- Flexible windows depending on creator

- Most shifts align with US daytime/evening (PH evening or overnight)

COMPENSATION

- $3-4/hour base (depending on experience)

- 3% bonus on total session revenue when session exceeds $1,000

- Example: $1,200 session = $36 bonus on top of hourly

- Paid weekly via Payoneer or Wise

REQUIREMENTS

- Fluent written English (will be tested)

- 80+ WPM typing speed

- Reliable laptop/desktop + 25 Mbps stable internet

- Slack required for team comms

- 100% comfortable with explicit sexual content

- Strong "read the room" instinct

- Available 12+ hours/week consistently
