European Chatters Wanted! (HIGH EARNINGS)

We're hiring skilled European OFM Chat & Sales Talent.

WHAT WE OFFER:

- Earn up to 12% commission on net sales

- Fortnightly pay ALWAYS ON TIME

- Fully remote setup

- 10-hr shifts with 1 hr paid break

- Choose between 5 or 6 days per week

YOUR ROLE:

- Manage daily creator chats

- Build engagement that converts into sales

- Identify sales opportunities naturally within conversations

- Work independently while hitting clear performance targets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- OFM chatting sales/chatting experience is a strong advantage

- Strong written English communication (B2-C1+)

- Consistency, reliability, and strong shift performance

- Sales mindset with confidence in fast-paced chatting environments

I think a good chatter understands that a conversation has stages.

You don't immediately push a sale. You first earn attention, establish rapport, understand the fan, create curiosity, and then recognize the moment where an offer makes sense.

That's how I think about chatting. The conversation itself is the funnel, and every message should either strengthen the relationship, increase curiosity, uncover intent, or move the conversation toward a conversion.

Anyone can send messages for 10 hours. The difference is whether those 10 hours are actually producing revenue.
