(Shifts: 8 pm – 4 am EST, 4 am – 12 pm EST, & 12 pm – 8 pm EST)
✨ The average chatter on our team generates $700+ USD in sales per shift
Role Overview:
✅ Starting salary of 4$ per hour with 2% commission on Net Sales
✅ 7.5 hours a day 6 days a week (45 hours a week)
✅ 30 minute break for every shift (optional)
✅ Hours and activity logged via Hubstaff Time Tracking App
Our Incentives:
🍀 +1% EXTRA Net Commission Multiplier (ex: 2% -> 3%) upon meeting monthly model target
🍀 +10% EXTRA bonus salary multiplier (1.1x) if you’re in the top 40% of chatters for the month
🍀 +10% EXTRA bonus salary multiplier (1.1x) if you have a perfect attendance record for the month
🍀 +10% Christmas EXTRA bonus salary multiplier (1.1x) for all of December
🍀 Full meritocracy: Strong sales abilities may lead to immediate promotion within a few days
