You chat for one creator on two pages, free and VIP. This is adult content, so you must be 18 or older. You learn one woman's voice from our employee website, and you stay on her instead of rotating across models.
You work one 8-hour block, 6 days a week: 2 AM to 10 AM, 10 AM to 6 PM or 6 PM to 2 AM US Central time. Your breaks are paid. You screenshare your whole shift to a Quality Checker on a Google Meet call, who helps you learn the page and catches mistakes before a fan does.
WHAT YOU EARN
Trial (6 days straight): $2 an hour plus commission on your net sales
Tier 2, once you pass: $3 an hour plus commission
Tier 1, once you earn it: 25% of net
Commission is worked out on each week's net sales (Monday to Sunday, after OnlyFans' 20%): nothing under $300, 4% from $300, 5% from $700, 6% from $1,000, 7% from $1,500, 8% from $2,000, 9% from $2,500 and 10% from $3,000. The step you reach pays on your whole week's net, not just the part above it.
You are paid every Monday in USDC.
