We're looking for 3 dedicated, motivated and sales-driven chatters to join our team.
📌 SHIFT DETAILS
Fixed 4-hour shifts.
24/7 coverage (all shifts must be covered).
Commission-based payment.
5%–7% commission depending on experience and performance.
3 positions available.
💬 REQUIREMENTS
Strong Girlfriend Experience (GFE) skills.
Excellent English communication.
Ability to hold natural, engaging conversations.
Know how to build genuine connections and long-term relationships with fans.
Check up on fans, remember details and make them feel appreciated.
Be creative, interesting and never a dry chatter.
Know how to promote content, upsell and close sales.
Understand how to maximize revenue from conversations.
Focus on fan retention, re-engagement and customer satisfaction.
Must be reliable and committed to assigned shifts.
💰 COMMISSION STRUCTURE
5% – Beginners / less experienced.
6% – Experienced chatters.
7% – Top performers with proven sales results.
Commission increases are based on experience and performance.
