The ideal candidate is an expert in driving traffic, handling large volumes of chats, and maximizing earnings through strategic engagement and upselling. You must be available during work hours for updates, scheduling, and team communication. A strong command of English (C2 level only) is required—lower levels will not be accepted.Responsibilities:🟩Generate and manage high traffic through strategic engagement, promotions, and subscriber retention tactics.🟩Handle high volumes of chats while keeping conversations personalized, engaging, and persuasive.🟩Convert every interaction into a sale using effective upselling techniques and fan psychology.🟩Drive revenue growth by implementing proven sales and conversion strategies.🟩Maintain an engaging and consistent persona that aligns with the creator’s brand.🟩Analyze chat performance and optimize messaging for better results.🟩Be online and available during work hours for real-time updates, scheduling, and communication with the team.Requirements:🔑Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an OnlyFans & Fansly chatter.🔑Demonstrated ability to generate and manage high traffic while keeping engagement high.🔑Consistent track record of earning $700 - $1,500 per shift through chatting and upselling.🔑Exceptional creativity in keeping conversations engaging, flirty, and profitable.🔑Mastery of upselling techniques, traffic generation, and audience retention.🔑Ability to multitask and manage multiple high-volume conversations efficiently.🔑Must have a C2 level in English—lower levels will not be accepted.🔑Reliable internet connection and a private, distraction-free workspace.Must be online and reachable during work hours for updates and coordination. 💰 Wage/Salary Wage: $5 per hour & 2.5% commission
