Role Summary

Drive revenue for the creator’s page through high-converting fan chats. Build quick rapport, create desire, and close sales on PPV content, customs, tips, sexting, bundles, and exclusive offers while keeping an authentic, seductive, creator-aligned tone.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

Reply fast to DMs and chats to maximize engagement and conversions. Proactively message new, active, and inactive fans to generate sales. Upsell PPVs, customs, bundles, and tips through natural conversation flow. Handle objections confidently and turn hesitation into purchases using exclusivity, teasing, and value-driven selling. Track fan preferences, sales, and performance metrics in the CRM. Test and improve scripts, openers, and sales tactics to increase revenue.

Requirements

Experience in chat sales/SEXTING over 2 years is a must, conversational selling, or content monetization.

Experience with OnlyFans tools/CRMs at least 1 year Strong persuasive writing and flirting skills without sounding robotic.

Ability to manage multiple chats simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of fan psychology, upselling, and objection handling.
