Job Description:- We are looking for motivated individuals to handle chatting and engagement on Grindr. Your role will be to start and maintain conversations, build connections, and drive results through engaging and professional messaging.
Compensation:
- Commission-based pay
- $10 per successful conversion/lead (details will be explained during onboarding)
Requirements:
- Must be 18+
- Strong communication skills in English
- Comfortable with online chatting and social interaction
- Reliable internet connection
