hey, saw your post for OF chatters — interested. quick rundown on me:

I haven't chatted on OF specifically yet, but I've spent the last while doing sales convos 1-on-1 (used to pitch and close book cover designs for a client, all through DM-style back and forth) and I managed an 8-10 person support/community team for a few months — trained people, reviewed their chats, tightened up response times, bumped our response rate by like 20-25%. so I know both sides of it, actually chatting and coaching people on how to do it well.

I read people fast and I'm not afraid to push a convo toward a close without sounding pushy or robotic — that's basically what closed sales for me before.
