Show up to your shift, give your best, and let your results speak. Weekly feedback sessions help you level up and unlock access to higher paying accounts over time. Your team leader will be by your side throughout not watching over you, but actually supporting you. Responsibilities:

— Engaging and building genuine connections with subscribers

— Maintaining creator voice and persona consistently

— Upselling PPV content and custom offers strategically

— Working independently with full creative freedom

— Weekly performance feedback to keep growing Requirements:

— Laptop or PC (no phones)

— B2 English minimum

— Punctual and reliable ( no ghosting or flaking )  Schedule:

8hrs/day | 6 days a week | paid overtime available Compensation:

— Base $750/month + performance based commissions (Average monthly earnings $1,500)

— Top chatters earning $7,500 to $8,000/month

— Biweekly payments (1st and 15th of every month) Experienced and confident in your skills?
