Nova Agency is looking for a highly skilled and experienced chatter with strong creativity, excellent writing skills, and strict respect for the agency’s guidelines and processes. Remote position — Immediate start.

Responsibilities

Engage in online conversations with professionalism, empathy, and creativity. Follow all scripts, rules, and internal procedures precisely. Adapt tone and style depending on the platform and audience. Ensure confidentiality and security of client data at all times. Report feedback, incidents, or suggestions to improve performance. Participate in remote briefings and occasional online trainings.

Requirements

Proven experience as a chatter, moderator, community manager, or online support agent. Excellent written English (and/or French) with flawless spelling and grammar. Strong imagination and creativity to maintain engaging and natural interactions. Reliability, discretion, and ability to work independently. Stable high-speed internet connection and personal equipment (PC/laptop + headset). Availability during evenings and/or weekends (flexible schedule). Familiarity with messaging platforms and online communication tools.

Compensation

Commission-based pay: 15% to 20% to start, depending on performance and experience. Contract type: to be discussed (freelance / fixed-term / long-term). 100% remote position, flexible hours. Full onboarding and process training provided. ID verification required during recruitment.
