We're looking for an experienced 0F chatter / VA for our agency. This is a long-term opportunity for highly motivated people, who are looking for a stable job they can do from home (fully remote). We believe in flat hierarchies and promotion opportunities.

What you should bring:

- a minimum of 1 year in the industry as a chatter or VA with direct customer contact

- you should be fluid or native in English writing/reading, including US slang terms

- deep understanding of western pop culture (mainly USA)

- excellent communication skills, extroverted and empathetic personality, fun in forming deep emotional bonds with customers

- high motivation, "going the extra mile" mentality

- availability during peak engagement hours (evening/early night hours in the US)
