Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and articulate Chatting Agents to engage and convert existing fans on a well-established EU-based platform with inbuilt traffic. Fans are already present on the site  and your role is to communicate effectively, build rapport, and convert engagement into revenue.

This position is fully remote and ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, consistent, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

Engage fans via chat in a professional, engaging, and persuasive manners

Convert existing platform traffic into paid interaction

Maintain consistent activity during assigned shifts

Follow communication guidelines and performance standards

Work Schedule

8-hour shifts daily

Optional off days (flexibility available based on performance and availability)

Compensation

Competitive base pay

Commission: 6.67% on conversions

Tools & Monitoring

Use of a time-tracking system during working hours

Minimal supervision with performance-based accountability

Requirements

Strong written English communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Reliable internet connection and smartphone or PC

Prior chatting, sales, or customer engagement experience is a strong advantage as we are not looking for inexperienced Chatters
