OnlyFans Chatter / Closer (Serbia / Balkans) $1/hour + Commission | Long-Term | Fluent English Required About the Role We’re hiring motivated OnlyFans chatters / closers to handle subscriber DMs for a creator account with structured systems already in place. This is not random chatting. You will be working with:

A clear SOP (step-by-step chat guidance)

Pre-recorded sexting scripts

A structured content vault

A defined upsell flow (tease → build → close)

Your role is to build emotional connection, escalate desire, and naturally close PPVs, scripts, and tips through conversation.

Pay & Compensation

Base pay: $1 USD per hour

Commission: 5%–10% on sales you directly close

Bonuses: Performance bonuses for top performers

Payments: Paid weekly or bi-weekly. 

This is a long-term position. Base pay and commission tiers increase as the business scales and more models are added.

Who We’re Looking For

Based in Serbia or the Balkans (preferred)

Fluent written English (must sound natural and confident)

Comfortable with 18+ flirt/sexting conversations (text only)

Sales-oriented mindset with a soft, emotional upsell approach

Able to follow fan notes and maintain long-term rapport

Reliable internet connection and consistent availability

Previous experience as an OnlyFans chatter or in chat-based sales is a strong plus, but training and SOPs are provided for the right candidates.

Responsibilities

Handle subscriber DMs in a consistent creator voice

Build emotional and sexual tension through conversation

Use vault content strategically, not randomly

Progress fans through:

Free teasing

Low-tier unlocks

Mid-tier sexting content

Final premium video

Identify and nurture high-spend fans

Maintain clean chat history and follow all SOPs

Shifts

Fixed 8-hour shifts

24/7 coverage required

Priority given to candidates available during UK / US overlap hours
