Hiring a remote OnlyFans chatter for one established female fitness and muscle creator account.

This is a relationship-first role.

You will build genuine conversations with subscribers, understand what they are actually interested in, and sell at the right moment without sounding scripted or pushy.

I am looking for someone who can combine strong conversation, sales judgement, attention to detail and consistency.

Responsibilities

Manage subscriber DMs during assigned shifts and build rapport before making any offer Discover subscriber interests and preferred dynamics, then sell relevant approved PPV content at the right moment Check content, pricing and purchase history in CreatorHero before making offers Maintain accurate subscriber notes and clean shift handovers Handle price objections naturally without inventing discounts Identify custom content opportunities without promising approval Escalate unclear requests and compliance concerns promptly Follow creator boundaries, pricing authority and platform rules Apply feedback consistently
