We are now expanding our team of chatters — specialists who communicate with fans and generate the majority of income for creators.

📝 Job Description

A chatter is responsible for text communication with subscribers on OnlyFans.

The main goal is to keep fans engaged, build friendly relationships, and motivate them to purchase content or additional services.

Key tasks:

• Responding to subscriber messages in chat.

• Maintaining conversations: friendly, light, sometimes flirty (within platform rules).

• Encouraging fans to buy photos/videos or subscribe to extras.

• Keeping fans active and making them feel noticed.

• Working with prepared scripts and scenarios, while adding individuality.

💰 Conditions

• Starting commission: 10–12% of income.

• After 6 months: +3% to the rate.

• Paid vacation after probation period.

• Work schedule: 6/1, one shift to choose from:

◦ 05:00–13:00 (Kyiv time)

◦ 13:00–21:00 (Kyiv time)

◦ 21:00–05:00 (Kyiv time)

• Before starting: NDA agreement and passport photo for identity verification.

• Age 18+.

• Laptop/PC and stable internet ⚡.

• Willingness to work full‑time (not a side job).

• Ability to write quickly and correctly in English.

• Empathy, friendliness, and ability to maintain dialogue.

• Understanding that the work is related to the adult content industry.
