Elevated OFM is hiring chatters for our roster, starting with a top 3% earner. Chat with fans, upsell PPV/customs, and hit sales targets while keeping the creator's voice.
Need: 1+ yr OFM chatting experience, strong written English, reliable schedule (evenings/weekends), discreet and self-motivated.
Pay: $5–8/hr base + 5% commission + bonuses.

Hi, I’m interested
I have around 2 years of OFM experience working with agencies including Bunny Agency, Teasy Agency, Uvaie Management, Sirency, Luxe Management, and Scalett Agency. I’ve worked both as a Chatter and Chat Manager/Moderator, so I’m comfortable handling conversations and sales as well as monitoring chats, performance, and supporting other chatters.
I have experience with fan engagement, PPV upselling, sales, maintaining the creator’s voice, and working toward targets. I’m also very open to feedback and always willing to learn and adapt to the team’s strategy.
One of my stronger experiences was independently managing a model whose account was affected by a shadowban. I developed and implemented strategies focused on improving reach, engagement, and follower growth.
I can also communicate with fans through text in Spanish, French, and Russian, in addition to English, which allows me to comfortably handle a wider range of fans.
I’m flexible with shifts and can work according to the team’s needs. My current availability is (10 PM–4 AM EST).
