AS Talent is an international company with 4+ years of experience in marketing and OnlyFans management. We work with influencers, bloggers, and well-known creators, helping them grow their audience and increase monetization.

We are currently expanding our team and looking for Chat Managers (Chatters) for evening and night shifts.

What you’ll do:

▪️ Chat with fans on behalf of models.▪️ Sell ready-made content and custom content.▪️ Maintain basic internal reports and statistics.▪️ Keep fans engaged and active in conversations.

Requirements:

▪️ English level C1+ or higher.▪️ Strong communication skills.▪️ Motivation to earn and grow professionally.▪️ PC or laptop.▪️ Stable internet connection.▪️ Ability to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week.▪️ Age: 18–35.

What we offer:

💵 Average income: $400–2000+

🌙 Night Shift: 00:00–08:00 — highest earning potential due to US/Canada audience activity.🌆 Evening Shift: 16:00–00:00
