About the Role

We are a high-performance OnlyFans creator operation with consistent traffic, strong conversion systems, and proven sales results. We are expanding our chat sales team and are looking for experienced, professional chat sales specialists who understand how to convert conversations into revenue while maintaining a premium fan experience.

This is a text-only role (no calls, no camera). You’ll be responsible for managing fan conversations, building rapport, and driving paid content sales through skilled, natural communication.

•Engaging fans in live text conversations on OnlyFans and similar platforms

•Building authentic rapport while upselling PPV, tips, and premium content

•Responding quickly, confidently, and persuasively

•Following proven scripts and sales frameworks (with room for personal style)

•Tracking conversations, sales performance, and fan behavior accurately

Who We’re Looking For

This role is not entry-level. We are looking for communicators who take sales seriously.

You must meet ALL of the following:

•Native or near-native written English

•Based in UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Europe only
