Allore is a US-based boutique OnlyFans management agency. We're hiring one Senior Chatter to lead the chat team for our flagship creator — top 0.68%, established VIP list, GFE primary. We're hiring you to break a $30k/mo plateau and push toward $100k/mo by year-end.

This is a senior seat. You're not learning the basics — you're calibrating tone, protecting whales that already exist, and setting the standard for two more chatters who join later.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

— Own the US prime-time shift (12pm–8:30pm EST, 8 hrs + 30-min handoff, 6 days/week, remote)

— Handle VIP-tier fans ($500+ lifetime) directly. Top-tier whales stay with the creator

— Set tone standards and run quality checks as the team grows

— Coordinate voice note requests with the creator (you collect details, she records)

— Maintain the fan-tag system and escalate tier upgrades

WHAT YOU WON'T DO

— Cold-message new subs. Automation handles that

— Use AI to fake voice notes. Instant termination, no exceptions

— Contact fans off-platform without written approval

REQUIREMENTS

— 1+ year paid OF chatting experience with a $10k+/mo creator

— Must be based in the USA, UK, Europe or Canada. Native English speaker (not just fluent). Your DMs need to read as natural to American fans.

— Comfort across GFE tones (soft, casual, bratty, explicit) in one conversation

— CRM familiarity (Infloww preferred, Supercreator or similar fine)

— Available for a fixed US prime-time shift (USA / UK / Canada timezone)

— Two references with full contact info. You'll also complete a short tone test

COMPENSATION (performance-gated — raises are earned)

— Base: $5/hr probation → $6/hr after 30 days → $7–8/hr or 10% commission at 90 days

— 8% commission on revenue you generate + monthly team bonuses at revenue tiers

— Expected OTE $3,000–$5,500/mo, climbing as we scale

— Weekly payout. NDA + non-compete required before account access.
