We’re currently expanding our team and looking for disciplined and motivated Digital Chatters who want a stable, long-term position. Your mission is straightforward: hold engaging written conversations with subscribers on our clients’ accounts, while maintaining a high level of activity and understanding each subscriber’s personality. What you’ll be doing:– Handling and maintaining the conversation flow on clients’ accounts– Adapting your tone and style based on each subscriber– Keeping chats active and consistently initiating new interactions– Following guidelines and improving your performance over time What we require:– Minimum age: 18– Solid written English (being able to make jokes or improvise when needed)– Reliable internet connection– Availability for 8-hour shifts, at least 5 days a week– Motivation to grow, learn, and perform– Screenshots of previous chatting experience are a strong plus Salary & Growth:– Starting at $3/hr + 5% commission– Potential to reach up to $15/hr– Clear promotion path: Senior Chatter, Chatting Manager, Chatting Trainer This is a serious opportunity for people who want to join a fast-growing organization and build a real position over time.
