About the role:

We are looking for experienced online chat specialists to join our engagement specialists team. This role involves chatting and community engagement with subscribers thru a secure and approved platform. You’ll represent the brand in a professional, respectful, and engaging manner.

Main tasks involves but are not limited to:

-Provide welcoming, friendly, and engaging chats with subscribers.

-Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

-Work according to given guidelines and company standards.

-Report daily activity and follow privacy protocols.

We’re looking for applicants with:

-Prior experience in online chatting or customer

-subscriber interaction is preferred

-Good written English communication skills, professionalism, discretion, and reliability.

-Has a reliable device (PC) to use and a stable internet connection.

What You Get:

-Base pay -3% - 8.5% commission structure range depending on your preference

-A minimum of 50$ bonus when two-month targets are reached (Resets after every completion)
