We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Chat Support VA to join our remote team and work directly with content creators on OnlyFans. Your main role will be managing DMs, engaging with fans, and building strong, personalized connections that drive both loyalty and revenue.
This is a non-voice, full-time, long-term role with night shift hours (11PM–7AM PH time). If you’ve worked in chat roles with influencers or creators, that’s a big plus!
✨ Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming messages quickly, naturally, and in character
Keep conversations engaging and emotionally connective
Follow scripts with a personalized touch
Upsell content (PPVs, tips, custom requests, etc.)
Help increase fan retention and loyalty
Meet response and conversion targets

6+ months of experience in OnlyFans, sexting/chat support, or VA roles
Strong written English with great grammar
Fast typing and ability to multitask
Stable internet with a reliable backup
Open-minded, confident, and comfortable handling adult content
Able to commit to full-time graveyard shift (PH time)
