I have over a year of experience in the OFM industry, progressing from Sales Agent to Shift Manager and Team Leader responsibilities.
At my peak, I managed a roster of 20+ creators simultaneously with a team structure consisting of 20 chatters, 2 QAs, and 1 Team Lead reporting to me. My responsibilities included performance management, shift coverage, quality control, sales coaching, PPV strategy, upsell optimization, compliance oversight, onboarding, and daily operational management.
Key achievements include:
• Contributing to revenue growth from approximately $38K/month to $263K/month within 6 months
• Managing and developing chatters, QAs, and team leaders in a remote environment
