Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager / Chatter hybrid who thrives on performance, precision, and communication. This is a two-phase role:📈 Phase 1: Chatter

You’ll actively chat on OnlyFans as the model, using high-converting emotional and persuasive messaging to close sales, upsell PPV content, and maximize revenue. You’ll work 8 hours/day, 7 days/week—fully performance-based. This phase is where you prove your sales ability in real-world conditions.

🧠 Phase 2: Sales Manager

Once you’ve demonstrated mastery as a top-performing chatter, you’ll step into a leadership position managing other chatters, optimizing sales funnels, building scripts, analyzing data, and working closely with the model and our backend leadership. You’ll become a pillar of our performance sales infrastructure

Requirements (Hard Skills)

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (online or offline)

- Strong understanding of English language and culture (spoken & written)

- German language is a plus (but not required)

- Natural ability to persuade, build rapport, and handle objections

- Deep understanding of emotional psychology and relationship dynamics

- High stamina and work ethic: ready to go all-in, 7 days/week if needed

- Extremely reliable, consistent, and self-motivated

- Able to manage pressure and work independently

- Comfortable in adult content/dating industry

Nice-to-Have

- Experience writing sales scripts or content prompts

- Experience in the adult or creator economy

- Copywriting or creative storytelling skills

- Experience leading or training small teams

- Background in dating psychology or relationship coaching
