Hi, I’m Watson. I bring more than two years of hands-on experience in the OFM industry, having advanced from a Sales Agent role into Shift Manager and Team Leader positions.

At my highest level of responsibility, I oversaw a large number of accounts simultaneously, leading a team made up of 25 chatters, 2 QAs, and a Team Lead who reported directly to me. My day-to-day scope covered performance management, shift scheduling, quality assurance, sales coaching, PPV strategy, upsell optimization, compliance, onboarding, and overall operational execution.
