We are a growing management firm looking to partner with a professional, reliable, and data-driven chatting agency to handle our expanding roster. We specialize in high-growth models and need a team that can convert at a high level.

The Opportunity:

• Existing Traffic: We currently have several models with 5,000–15,000 active free subscribers.

• Aggressive Scaling: We are launching new models monthly. You will start with a fresh account and must be capable of handling a rapid scale: from 0 to 2,000+ subs in Month 1, reaching 10,000+ subs by Month 3.

• Infrastructure: We provide the traffic; you provide the sales expertise.

Requirements:

• 24/7 or Multi-Shift Coverage: Must be able to cover both American and European peak hours. • High Conversion Rates: Proven ability to upsell PPVs and build relationships (GFE style) to maximize LTV.

• Reliability: We need a partner, not a freelancer. Your agency must have internal management/QA to ensure consistent performance.

• Scalability: You must have the manpower to assign dedicated chatters as we onboard new models.

Compensation:

• Performance-Based: Competitive percentage of total revenue. We believe in rewarding agencies that drive high volume.
