NEXORA OFM and we’re looking for motivated chatters who know how to build real connections with fans, upsell premium content, and work long-term. not just for quick cash. We provide training and support, but we want people with discipline and ambition.
🧠 Responsibilities:• Chat on behalf of models • Build genuine connections with fans • Upsell and manage proper pricing • Sell PPV content • GFE-style communication • Maintain notes on fans • Focus on long-term strategy, not just one-time sales • Manage 3–4 models if needed
✅ Requirements:• Excellent written English • Some prior experience as a chatter • Fast typing and multitasking skills • Knowledge of upsell & pricing strategies • Responsible and disciplined • Long-term mindset • Ability to work under KPIs and follow goals
⏰ Shifts:• Monday – Friday: 8 hours • Saturday – Sunday: 8 hours • 30 min break (2x15) • Fully remote – work from anywhere
💰 Payment:• % depends on your skills • Payment in crypto • Performance-based – the more you sell, the more you earn • Bonuses for disciplined, consistent, and high-performing chatters
