Hi — Gil here, I run Aria Chatting.

Quick framing before the five things you asked for: we supply a managed team, not individual applicants. Screening, training, supervision and shift cover are the product, and every sale a chatter logs is timestamped and auditable. That last part is the reason I'm writing, because you asked for verifiable results and most people can't give you any.

1 — Experience

Aria Chatting has been operating three months, and I'll put that against your six-month bar rather than around it: the agency is three months old, the chatters are not. Every operator on the roster has a minimum of seven months chatting experience — that's what I hire on, and it's non-negotiable at intake. What's three months old is the management layer wrapped around them, and that layer is the reason the numbers below exist as records rather than claims.

Currently three creator accounts under management. That's a small book and I won't dress it up — three months in, it's what I've been able to staff to a standard I'm willing to put my name on. What I'd point you at instead is what those three seats produce, and the fact that I can show you every transaction behind it.

Across our last six weeks of trading the team generated $59,068.99 gross / $47,255.19 net — about $1,406 a day, on a three-seat roster, across 1,139 individually logged sales. I give you the seat count deliberately: revenue per seat is the number that actually matters when you're deciding how much chatting to buy.

One week in that run was flat — $1,392.78, an operational lull on our side. I'm telling you now rather than letting you find it, because you will find it: it's in the report at full size.

2 — Verifiable results

Every figure above comes out of a live sales tracker with per-transaction, timestamped records. Running on top of it:

1. An hourly integrity audit that flags cross-tab duplicates, missing subscriber names, late logs, and any single sale over $150
2. A nightly sweep at 00:30
3. Payslips generated from that same source data, so what a chatter gets paid reconciles to what they logged — nothing is agreed verbally

I'll send a two-page performance snapshot, and on a call I'll open the raw tracker and let you pull at it. Creator names redacted — the confidentiality my current clients get is the confidentiality yours would get.

3 — Writing sample

What that's doing, line by line: opens warm and a little exposed so he feels chosen (pull) → withholds and makes him earn it, with a real reason (push) → gives him just enough detail to picture it, framed as her being shy about it rather than selling (pull) → takes it away again, "not for you" (push) → closes by handing him the move. He asks for the PPV. She never pitched it.

That's the whole method: innocent register, but she's steering. It's trained, it's scripted per creator's voice, and it's what our QA audits for — the gap between that and a mass-send is the entire job.

4 — Availability and coverage

Philippines-based, UTC+8. Our daytime is US night, so the graveyard and US-evening shifts that most teams can't keep staffed are our ordinary working hours — covered by people who are awake, not people pushing through 3am. Exact shift split I'd rather set against your actual coverage gaps than guess at — that's part of what I want the call for.

On English, straight: our chatters are not American, and I'm not going to tell you they are — a trial would catch it in a day and that's a bad way to start. What I'll put up instead is the writing standard, the screening, and a paid trial you judge on conversion.

5 — Rate

I'd rather not throw a number at you before I know what I'd be pricing. Monthly account volume, seat count, which shifts, and who owns QA each move it enough that a blind quote either overcharges you or quietly underdelivers — and I'd rather have neither conversation later.

So: a short call. If the volume isn't there for us to genuinely move your numbers, I'll say so on that call rather than after you've onboarded us. If it is, you'll have a structure the same day.
