⭕️ I've been working in OFM for more than 3 years, 2 years as a chatter and more than a year as a chatting manager. ⭕️Most of my task as a chatter are- converse with fans and - build a connection with them so they'll feel conected to the mode and sell contents to them without them regretting it afterwards. ⭕️As a chatting manager:- I oversee the works of my chatting team- checking/ helping them work efficiently without breaking the rules and chatting like the model - organizing the vault, posing on feeds and stories, - manual counting sales of chatters and putting it on a spreadsheet, - organizing schedules for custom/videocalls, etc..
