We are seeking an experienced OFM Chat Manager to join our team immediately to oversee shift operations, monitor chat performance, and drive high-ticket sales across top creator accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Shift Supervision & QA: Audit live chats, enforce voice consistency, and optimize PPV conversion funnels across 5–8 active creator pages.
Team Management: Track chatter KPIs, manage shift coverage, and train team members on high-ticket GFE and whale retention strategies.
Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Infloww, Creator Hero, or OnlyMonster for CRM tracking and vault management.
Requirements:
Proven track record in high-ticket OFM chatting or team management.
Fluent written English with strong leadership and communication skills.
Available for full-time shift management (7-day operations).
