🇿🇦 South Africa – Hiring Chatting Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Chatting Manager to lead and grow our team.

This is NOT a chatting job — it’s management, driving sales and performance.

What you’ll do:

Supervise chatters on Discord (live screen-sharing).

Correct mistakes in real-time, validate PPVs, keep quality high.

Hire, train, and replace underperforming chatters.

Post and schedule content with the model on OnlyFans.

Push team to hit sales and revenue goals.

Work setup:

100% remote – stable WiFi + laptop/PC required.

12 hours/day → three 4-hour shifts with breaks in between.

7 days/week – full dedication required.

Requirements:

Based in South Africa ONLY 🇿🇦

6+ months proven success as a Chatting Manager.

Strong leadership, sales mindset, and perfect written English.

💰 Salary: R20,000 – R37,000 / month (base + performance).
