ABOUT THE ROLE

We are an adult content monetisation platform with a proven Arabic and Gulf-region audience. Our top creators earn $30,000–$90,000+ per month. The platform has four years of operating history and a loyal subscriber base with significant growth potential.

 

We are looking for someone who lives in this world — who knows the Arabic creator community on X/Twitter and Telegram, understands the content landscape, and can speak credibly to creators about what this platform offers. This is not a generic social media role. It requires real cultural fluency and existing connections, or the ability to build them fast.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

X / Twitter Prospecting

Identify Arabic and Gulf-region adult creators with 5K–500K followers. Send personalised DM outreach using real platform earnings data as the pitch.

Telegram Channel Management

Build and manage a creator-facing Telegram community. Share earnings benchmarks, tips, platform updates, and success stories to keep creators engaged.

Creator Onboarding

Guide new sign-ups through account setup, pricing strategy, and first content milestones. Be their first point of contact and help them earn quickly.

Referral Network

Activate top existing creators to refer peers. Manage the referral programme — track sign-ups, ensure payouts, and grow the pipeline from within the community.

Multi-Platform Scouting

Monitor TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and Arabic niche platforms for unmonetised creators building large audiences. Reach them before competitors do.

Pipeline Reporting

Maintain a weekly outreach tracker. Report on contacts, response rates, sign-ups, and first-month revenue from creators you have brought on.

 

WHAT WE NEED

– familiarity with Arabic adult creator culture on X/Twitter you know the accounts, the communities, and how to approach creators credibly without being ignored or blocked.

– Outreach is conducted in Arabic but language proficiency is not required and can use translation tools. You need to write compelling DMs that do not read like templates.

– Telegram-native. You know how to build, grow, and moderate Telegram communities. You understand what keeps creators engaged.

– Self-directed with no hand-holding. You will have targets and tools — the execution is yours.

– Comfortable with the adult content category. You must be able to represent the platform professionally and build trust with creators.

– Results-oriented. You will be partly paid on performance. If commission-based earning does not motivate you, this is not the right role.

 

NICE TO HAVE

– Existing relationships within the Arabic creator community

– Experience with OnlyFans, Fansly, or similar platforms

– Based in or familiar with the Gulf region (SA, UAE, QA, KW)

– Previous experience in creator management or talent acquisition

– Familiarity with outreach CRMs or tracking spreadsheets

– Basic graphic or content editing skills for Telegram assets

 

COMPENSATION

The role is structured to reward results. Compensation has two components:

 

Base retainer:  Monthly fixed payment for consistent activity, outreach volume, and reporting

Performance commission:  12-month revenue share on every creator you bring on to the platform
