We’re an Australian-based creator management team focused on building and refining systems that improve traffic flow, conversion, and overall revenue performance. We’re looking for an Agency Operations / Growth Assistant to work closely with us on strengthening and scaling the backend of the business. This role requires a strong understanding of OFM and how these operations function end-to-end. We’re not looking for someone to follow instructions. We’re looking for someone who can identify gaps, bring forward solutions, and operate alongside us. What you’ll be responsible for:

• Identifying inefficiencies and improving systems

• Helping structure workflows across acquisition, onboarding, and management

• Bringing forward improvements, hires, and operational ideas

• Supporting execution across key areas of the business

• Strengthening the overall backend of the agency What we’re looking for:

• Strong understanding of OFM and scaling creators

• Systems thinking and problem-solving ability

• High ownership and ability to operate independently

• Experience in operations or online businesses
