• Identifying inefficiencies across operations and bringing forward solutions

• Helping implement and refine systems across acquisition, onboarding, and monetisation

• Structuring workflows and improving internal processes

• Identifying gaps and recommending hires or resources where needed

• Supporting execution across key areas of the business What we’re looking for:

• Strong understanding of OFM and how creators scale

• Ability to think in systems and spot what’s missing

• High ownership and ability to operate without constant direction

• Experience in operations, online businesses, or similar environments

• Clear communication and consistency What we offer:

• Direct involvement in building and refining a high-performance operation

• Close collaboration with founders

• Strong performance-based upside for the right person

• Long-term role with increasing responsibility and scope We’re not looking to micromanage. We’re looking for someone who can step in, contribute at a high level, and help push the business forward.
