The roleYou find creators who’d be a good fit, start real conversations with them, and book calls with our team. If you’re good on calls, you can close the deals yourself.
What you’ll do
Find creators on X, Instagram, TikTok and Reddit (mostly 1k–20k followers, English, and we will provide you with a lead sheet as well)Message them with our scripts and follow upLearn what’s holding their page backBook intro calls, or run the calls and close the deals yourselfTrack everything in our outreach sheetWhat you get
20$ when they show on a call + 3-5% of the agency’s revenue from every creator you bring in, for as 6 monthsReady-made scripts, lead lists and trainingFully remote, flexible hoursRoom to grow into a team lead as we scaleRequirements
Good written English (Spanish is a big plus)Experience in sales, recruiting, appointment setting or the OF industry is a plus, not a mustComfortable doing outreach every day and handling “no” without getting pushy18+How we workWe’re honest with creators: no fake income promises, no pressure, and we only work with verified 18+ creators. Recruiters who don’t follow this are let go.
