Your main role will be to source and recruit new models, manage relationships with talent, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. If you have strong communication, recruitment, and sales skills, this is a great opportunity to help creators grow their brands while earning performance-based commissions.

Compensation:

15% commission for each model recruited

$1,000 bonus if you recruit 10 or more models
