NAYA AGENCY — We're hiring a Model Acquisition ManagerOur OFM agency is scaling fast and we need someone with one job: find and sign serious models.What you do:— Prospect on Instagram / X / Telegram— Qualify profiles (presence, content, reliability)— Pitch the agency and bring models to signature— Pass qualified leads to management for closingWhat you earn:— $100 per model still active at 30 days— $200 if she's still here at 60 days— $300 if she's scaling and hits 90 days— 1% of monthly revenue from every model you signed (we scale $50k/month minimum by Model)— That's $500/month recurring per signed model, ongoingWhat we expect:— Serious availability (min. 2–3h/day)— Knowledge of the OFM space— ResultsRemote, fully flexible.
