We are seeking a proactive individual to recruit OnlyFans creators for our management/marketing agency. The role involves identifying potential clients through various platforms and engaging them via Instagram. Experience in cold outreach and familiarity with the OnlyFans industry are highly valued. This is a part-time position with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance. Your job is to identify genuine OnlyFans creators(who are worth messaging) and engage them via Instagram. Depending on your experience level, we can take over once there is a lead, or you can close the deal by yourself(which also includes sending the client agreement and onboarding forms). We would also like someone who can manage the company Instagram profile (this is beneficial, but less important than client outreach and not a requirement for this job). We are a newer agency and are extremely flexible and willing to work with you.
