We’re an Australian-based creator management team focused on driving traffic, improving conversion, and increasing revenue for subscription creators. We’re looking for a model scout / pipeline builder who understands the space and can consistently bring in quality creators. This role is focused purely on acquisition. You identify and introduce creators with real potential, and our team handles onboarding, growth, and monetisation. What we’re looking for:

• Experience sourcing or working with creators

• Existing access to creators or strong sourcing ability

• Understanding of what actually converts and monetises

• Ability to identify quality over volume

• Consistent outreach and communication What we offer:

• $50–$200 per creator signed (based on quality)

• 5% commission on revenue generated from your creators

• Performance-based increases up to 10% for consistent results

• Ongoing volume and long-term opportunity for the right person
