Vantage Management is seeking an experienced and reliable Model Scout & Lead Generator to join our growing OFM agency.

Your primary responsibility will be finding established OnlyFans creators through Instagram, conducting professional outreach, managing follow-ups, and generating qualified leads for our management team.

Responsibilities: • Find and qualify established OnlyFans creators on Instagram • Contact a minimum of 50 qualified creators per working day • Send professional outreach messages using provided scripts • Complete scheduled follow-ups • Respond to and qualify interested creators • Book qualified creators for calls with management • Accurately track all outreach and leads in Airtable • Meet daily and weekly outreach KPIs

Requirements: • Previous OFM model scouting, lead generation or outreach experience preferred • Excellent written English • Strong understanding of Instagram prospecting • Professional communication skills • Reliable, organised and consistent • Able to work independently and meet daily targets

Vantage Management will provide outreach scripts, follow-up templates, qualification criteria and access to our CRM.

Starting compensation is AUD $2/hour plus performance-based bonuses for successful creator acquisitions, with the opportunity for increased compensation based on performance.
