We’re NovaVAgency, a France-based creator management agency focused on helping subscription creators grow their traffic, improve conversions, and increase their monthly revenue.

We’re looking for a model scout / pipeline builder who understands the creator space and can consistently bring in high-quality creators with real potential.

This role is focused purely on acquisition. You identify, approach, and introduce creators who could be a good fit for our agency. Once they are interested, our team handles onboarding, strategy, growth, monetisation, and management.

What we’re looking for: • Experience sourcing or working with creators • Existing access to creators or strong outreach ability • Understanding of what type of profiles convert and monetise well • Ability to prioritise quality over volume • Consistent communication and serious follow-up
