Velmora is looking for motivated Model Scouts to join our growing creator management team.
Your role is simple: find potential creators, reach out to them, and connect interested candidates with our team.
You don't need previous experience. We're mainly looking for people who are confident, consistent, good at communication, and willing to learn.
What You'll Do
🔎 Find potential creators across social media
💬 Reach out and start conversations
🤝 Introduce interested creators to our management team
📈 Build your own network and improve your outreach over time
Who We're Looking For
You must be:
18+
Comfortable communicating online
Consistent and motivated
Able to work independently
Interested in performance-based earnings
Fluent or comfortable in English
Previous experience in sales, outreach, recruiting, or creator management is a plus, but not required.
